Tiles Ahead Announce the February IPad 2 Giveaway & Prize Draw

 

Tiles Ahead are pleased to announce the great February IPad 2 Giveaway and Prize Draw.

 

Throughout the month of February every person who requests a written or emailed quotation for the supply of tiles or bathroom equipment will be entered in to a free prize draw for a brand new Apple Ipad 2. In addition, any customer spending over £5000 in the month of February will be entitled to a brand new Apple Ipad 2– for full terms and conditions please see below.

 

Terms & Conditions

 

1. Every person requesting a written or emailed quotation for bathroom equipment or tiles will automatically be entered in to the prize draw, No additional communication is required.

 

2. One entry per household.

 

3. The draw will be held in front of an independent witness during the first week of March 2011. The result will be posted on the news page on our website.

 

4. Every customer purchasing over £5,000 worth of tiles or Bathroom Equipment, at the retail price (sale or otherwise) displayed in the showroom or on our website, from Tiles Ahead in the month of February 2012 will be entitled to an Apple IPad 2.

 

5. The customer will be entitled to the IPad 2 once they have paid in full and the qualifying transaction has been completed to both parties full satisfaction.

 

6. The IPad 2 will be an Apple IPad 2 with WiFi – 16GB.

December 2011 - Wet Room and Working Shower Area now working

We are pleased to announce that our fully working shower test area and demonstration wet room has now been commisioned and is in full working order.

We have working models from industry favourites Grohe, Mira, Mayfair and Deva for you to see in our wet room environment.

November 2011

We were more than happy to help the team from Channel 5's Cowboy Builders, who asked for our assistance for a Cardiff family who had been let down by their builder and been left without some basic facilities. Tiles Ahead donated goods and services to allow the team from Cowboy Builders to complete the renovations and were rewarded by a visit to our Cardiff showroom by Melinda herself!

October 2010 - New Showroom - Dominium Way Cardiff

We are absolutely delighted to announce that we will open our New Cardiff Showroom at Dominium Way, Newport Road, Cardiff in the first week of November.

The new 4000 sq foot Showroom is easy to find just off Newport Road.

If you are coming from the City Centre,turn left at the lights opposite Mothercare and Dunelm Mill on Newport Road and you`ll see us easily on the left hand side. If you come from the opposite direction turn right at the same lights.

The Showroom will be managed by David Morgan and his assistant Dean Jenkins and will be open to both trade and public Monday to Saturday from 8.30 to 5.30.

This fabulous new showroom will feature 17 different Bathroom and Cloakroom settings, shower cubicles and a vast range of beautiful ceramic tiles, poreclains and mosaics.

March 2010 - Tile Association Awards

2010 is the 10th anniversary of the prestigous Tile Association Awards - "The Tile Industry Oscars "and the final takes place at the Birmingham Metropole Hotel, NEC Birmingham on April 17th 2010.

Once again Tiles Ahead have reached the final and are short-listed to claim the award for "Excellence in Retailing".

"We are extremely proud to have once again reached the final and I must pay tribute to our staff who have kept our standards high and showed resilience and fortitude in the face of a very difficult period for our sector"
He added " I think in times like this it is quite easy to bunker down and retreat,the guys here have kept pushing with ideas and improvements to our offer and service and this nomination is a reward for there contribution to the business"

February 2007-Training and Demonstration courses available at Tiles Ahead  

TTA Award winning company Tiles Ahead will be running a series of Training and Demonstration days for its customers during 2007. The courses, which will include support from Adhesive Manufacturers Mapei, Under floor Heating Manufacturer Warm Up and Spanish Tool Manufacturer Rubi, will begin in the Spring and the dates are to be confirmed during March.

January 2007- Lakefield Homes Appoint Tiles Ahead as Main Supplier

Lakefield Homes has appointed Tiles Ahead as its main supplier of Tiles, Marbles and Porcelain for its projects being completed in South Wales during 2007.  The initial order is for approx 500 metres for a single establishment at Raglan, near Newport.

September 2006-Tiles Ahead tie up deal with Holiday Inn 

Cwmbran based Tiles Ahead have won the contract to supply tiles, shower fittings and bathroom accessories to the Holiday Inn Group at Newport as part of a 58 bedroom refurbishment.  The order with a combined value of £26k included "Essense" one of the newest designs manufactured by Metropol Ceramica of Spain.

June 2006-Tiles Ahead crowned Retailer of The Year

Tiles Ahead confirmed its status as one of Britain's foremost independent tile suppliers by being named Tile Retailer of the Year in a glittering awards ceremony held at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel.  The company beat off fierce competition to win first place in the "Excellence in Retailing " category.  Commenting on the award MD Nick McDonald said "Its a fantastic achievement and testament to the hard work put in by staff, suppliers and associates over the past 12 months".
