All Stock items will be dispatched within 1 working day or same working day if orders are placed before 12pm.
Dispatch times for non-stock items can vary tremendously depending on the suppliers location.If you have placed an order for non-stock items we will contact you with more information to insure the estimated time frame is acceptable.
All our tile samples will be delivered using this method.
All stock samples will be posted within 1 working day via Royal Mail 1st Class and should arrive within 2 days.

We use an independant haulier.
Deliveries are generally made between the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm.
We advise the delivery driver to contact 1 hour prior to delivery.
Orders that are delivered on a pallet will not be broken down or discharged by the delivering driver.
Goods will be delivered as close as possible to your front door or any other specified location.
If this location is unreachable for any reason, such as a narrow street or a flight of stairs (such as flats), or any other obstruction- we will deliver to your property as close as possible.
For pallet deliveries, the driver is NOT insured to take goods into the property.
We advise at least 2 able bodied persons are available to take the items inside.

Damages / Incorrect Deliveries
Products damaged in transit must be noted at the time of delivery, documented on the delivery note and delivery refused. It is the customer's responsibility to check the Products for damage with the delivery driver and to notify us of any damages within a reasonable period. We cannot accept claims for Products damaged in transit that were signed for as being in good condition or "unchecked".
If your order is incorrect you must notify us within 2 working days.
Tiles Ahead will send out any replacements as soon as possible.
Leftovers, returns or change of choice.
We are quite happy to take your order back and we'll refund you in full, however please note the following :
- We can only accept returns on your full order. Unfortunately we can't accept returns on leftovers or part orders
- All tiles must be undamaged and in their original, unopened packaging. We can't accept returns on unboxed or damaged tiles
- Transport back to our warehouse must be arranged by yourself. Please note we can't cover the cost of this
- We recommend securely wrapping the tiles a pallet and using a reputable pallet company.
- We'll refund you in full once your order arrives into our warehouse and has been checked through
- Refunds can take up to 7 working days to reach your account
Items that have been specifically ordered for customers' specific needs cannot be returned or refunded. E.g. Tiles that have been specially ordered to complete a job cannot be returned or refunded.
