COVID-19 safety measures during Home Surveys and In-Store
Throughout these challenging times, safety has remained our number one priority both for our customers and workers.
 

Wearing face masks

All of our colleagues have been provided with PPE including gloves and face masks, and are required at all times both for showroom appointments and home surveys.

There are regular showroom disinfections of all contact surfaces throughout the day in our showroom. When visit your home for a survey, our surveyor will wear disposable gloves. We are encouraging our colleagues to wash their hands and equipment regularly throughout the day.

2m safe distance

For home surveys- our surveyor will keep a safe 2m distance at all times. Social distancing is easy in our store as it large and not over crowded, but we are controlling the number of people that can enter our store at any one time to further protect your safety.
